InstantTranscriber.com provides audio-to-text transcription services through the upload of audio files and the use of an external AI-based transcription service.
3. User Accounts
Registration: You may be required to create an account using your email or Google account via Firebase. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Usage and Conduct
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to upload any unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content; not to use the Services in a manner that violates any law; not to interfere with or disrupt the Services; and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Content Ownership and Responsibility: You retain ownership of the audio files you upload. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the audio content you provide.
5. Payment and Subscription
Billing: Certain features may be offered only to paid subscribers, with payments processed through Stripe.
Refunds: Refund requests should be directed to contact@instanttranscriber.com, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy (if applicable).
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, and service marks (excluding user-uploaded content) are the intellectual property ofInstantTranscriber.com or its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.
7. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services such as Replicate for AI inference, Firebase for authentication, and Stripe for payment processing. We are not liable for the actions or omissions of these third-party service providers.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstantTranscriber.com and its officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action will be brought in the courts of Switzerland.
